Arnout Cosman has created quite a few amazing quilts. His website has a photo gallery of twenty-three quilts that he has created. His site is a wealth of creative use of color to develop perspective and dimension in quilts.

Cosman.nl also offers FabLib, free software that allows you to build your own private collection of digital fabric swatches by scanning actual fabrics or copying swatches from the internet. Swatches are automatically scaled and stored in a format suitable for direct import into quilt design software like Electric Quilt 4 and 5.

Many of the quilts shown are labeled with both the quilt fabrics and techniques used, as well as the computer design program used (when applicable). I have found at least one link in this information to an off-site downloadable free design program.
